Meet Dr. Rainey Brown
Dr. Rainey Brown has worked in the Counseling field for over 20 years. In her private practice in Nashville, Tennessee, Dr. Rainey is passionate about working with clients seeking healing from past and present wounds, limiting beliefs, and self-discovery through knowing and understanding your story. She feels a strong call to support clients as they seek to heal from their pain, reclaim their heart, and find greater meaning and fulfillment in life.
Dr. Rainey Brown received her Ph.D. in Clinical Counseling from Trevecca Nazarene University, is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Mental Health Service Provider in Tennessee. She has obtained specialized training in the treatment of sex, love, and relationship addiction and partner betrayal trauma. Dr. Rainey is a Certified Sexual Addiction Therapist (CSAT) and Certified Partner Trauma Therapist (CPTT) through the International Institute for Trauma and Addiction Professionals (IITAP). She also completed the Multidimensional Partner Trauma Model (MPTM) training through the Association of Partners of Sex Addicts Trauma Specialists (APSATS) and is trained in EMDR for trauma resolution.
In her free time, Dr. Rainey appreciates finding renewal through time in nature, hiking in Tennessee parks, or being by the ocean in Florida.
